A progressive program designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and acrobatic skills for cheerleading or dance.
Students will:

· Learn foundational tumbling skills and progress to advanced moves like back handsprings and aerials, emphasising proper technique and safety.
· Enhance balance and coordination.
